PDB-C120-L Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. The photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages for safety protection. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 200V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 200V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes exhibit 500pA current even in the absence of light input.
