PDB-C119-LC Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 100V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 100V for the photodiodes. The current in a photodiode is 5nA even when there is no light input.
