PDB-C116 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 150V if it is continuously reverse-biased. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 150V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Without light, a photodiode has 500pA current.
