PDB-C114 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 100V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 100V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 3nA current.
