PDB-C112 Overview
Photodiodes are packaged in Module packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 100V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 10nA current without light input.
