PDB-C111 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-8 Hermetic packages for safety purposes. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 100V. A photodiode occurs even at 10nA current without light input.
