PDB-C109 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Tray package. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 75V voltage. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 75V on a continuous basis. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 5nA current.
