PDB-C104-I Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages for safety purposes. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. A continuous voltage of 100V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 150pA even without light input.
