PDB-C102-I Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 100V on a continuous basis. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 45pA current.
