PDB-C101-I Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 100V over a continuous period of time. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 100V. A photodiode is capable of conducting 40pA current even without light input.
