PDB-C101 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 100V. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 100V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 40pA current even if no light is provided.
