PDB-716-100 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 4 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 15V voltage. A continuous voltage of 15V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 1nA current.
