PDB-708-ST Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-18-6 packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 300V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 300V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. There is 2nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
