PDB-708-SMA Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-18-6 packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 300V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 300V on a continuous basis. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 2nA current.
