The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-18-6 packages in order to protect them from damage. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 300V. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 300V.
