PDB-705 Overview
A Tray package protects these photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-39 packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 15V voltage. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 15V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Photodiodes should function properly if the breakdown voltage is 125V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 1nA current.
