PD95-21B/TR10 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 32V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. Photodiodes generally release 150mW heat when connected in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is 32V, the photodiodes can operate properly in the DC circuit. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 10nA current even if no light is provided.
