PD70-01C/TR7 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 32V for the photodiodes. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 150mW. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 32V. Photodiodes should release 150mW heat in a circuit. If your DC circuit has a reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes will work properly. A photodiode occurs even at 5nA current without light input.
