PD70-01B/TR7 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to ensure their safety. A continuous voltage of 32V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. Within the circuit, photodiodes are capable of releasing 150mW heat. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 150mW when photodiodes are used. It is possible to operate the photodiodes satisfactorily with the reverse voltage of 32V in the DC circuit. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 5nA current.
