The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. The photodiodes are put into TO-226-2, TO-92-2 Long Body packages for safety protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 170V. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 170V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes may be able to release 150mW heat. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 32V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 30nA.
