PD413PI Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tube. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Side View packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 32V if it is continuously reverse-biased. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 32V should be maintained for the photodiodes. The photodiodes have 2 pins. For photodiodes to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -25°C. There is 10nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
