PD100MF0MP Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 20V on a continuous basis. Photodiodes have pins 2. The photodiodes could release 75mW heat within a circuit. A reverse anode voltage of 20V should be applied to the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 10nA current even if no light is provided.
