PD100MC0MP Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for protection. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 20V over a continuous period of time. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 20V. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 75mW heat. During the operation of photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -30°C. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 20V. There is 10nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
