OPR2100 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tube. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 50V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 50V. 13 is the number of pins on the photodiodes. The temperature should not be higher than 125°C when photodiodes operate. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -55°C. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 50V. When the photodiodes were operated in reverse bias, they would supply the voltage 50V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 10nA current.
