OP910W Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46 packages. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 100V on a continuous basis. Photodiodes have pins 2. There was the possibility that photodiodes in a circuit would emit 250mW heat. A reverse anode voltage of 60V should be applied to the photodiodes. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1.2V to allow current to flow across it. It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 60V voltage when they are reverse-biased. A photodiode occurs even at 1nA current without light input.
