OP900SL Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 150V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 150V continuously in reverse-bias mode. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit made up of photodiodes could release heat 50mW. When photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -65°C. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 100V. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 100V voltages. The photodiode will operate at 10nA current even in the absence of light input.
