ODD-660W Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 1V voltage. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 1V. A photodiode occurs even at 50pA current without light input.
