To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 60V over a continuous period of time. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 60V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 1nA current.
