To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 5V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 5V continuously. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 30pA current.
