ODD-3W-2 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tray. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 75V voltage. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 75V permanently. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 900pA current.
