ODD-1W Overview
Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 60V. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V continuously. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 200pA current.
