MTAPD-06-004 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-46-3 Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 160V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 160V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 50pA current.
