MT9V115D00STCK22EC1-200 Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 25-WFBGA, CSPBGA packages. There should be the dynamic range of 64 dB on the image sensor. In accordance with specifications, the image sensor has a 1/13 inch optical format. lmage sensors are capable of supplying voltages up to 1.95V. lmage sensors, however, should provide a minimum voltage of 1.7V. If image sensors are to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 70°C. When in operation, image sensors can carry a maximum current of 9.5mA.
