MLX92251LSE-ABA-000-SP Overview
A protective Bulk package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. It is necessary to put the magnetic switches into SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 packages in order to ensure their safety. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 7mA as the maximum current. In operation, these switches are capable of outputting 20mA as the maximum current. In order to be output, magnetic switches should have a maximum current of 20mA. Normally, these switches supply 7mA current. A maximum operating temperature of 150°C can be set for the magnetic switches. For this magnetic switch to work, the operating temperature should not be below -40°C.
