Due to its 16-WFBGA, CSPBGA packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA.
