LTR-536AB Overview


To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial, Side View packages. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 150mW. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 150mW when photodiodes are used. It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 30V voltage when operated in reverse bias mode. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 30nA current.
