LTR-516AD Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial packages for safety purposes. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 30V. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. There is a possibility that photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. Photodiodes generally release 150mW heat when connected in a circuit. With a reverse voltage of 30V, the photodiodes can work properly in the DC circuit. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 30nA current.
