ISL6398IRTZ Overview
There are PWM dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. With this switching controller, you can switch at 2.025MHz. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT output. 40 pins are on switching converter. A duty cycle set at 98 % ensures voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-on and power-off. Because of DC switcher's Surface Mount, it is suitable for most prototype designs and applications. Users should apply 5.25V to operate the voltage regulator dc to dc safely and reliably. At least -40°C°C is recommended. DC regulator should run at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
