For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tape and Reel case.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is an output current limit of 250mA for this device.On the board, there are 8 component pins.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.During the operation of the system, the voltage of the operating supply should be set to 12V.There is a SCHMITT TRIGGER value associated with its input.The frequency of 106kHz can be adjusted in order to improve efficiency.
