The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Bulk is indicated.Its configuration is based on a total of 20 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 20 when designing the chip.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 12V.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.2.6A is the maximum output current.For its basis, there are 4 outputs integrated.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.For higher stability, the supply current should be kept at 15.5mA.For operation, 95V is the maximum supply voltage.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 9.5V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 2.6A.As long as the output voltage is set to 950mV, it will work.
