A voltage of 2.8V~5.2V can be used to supply encoders and get good performance. An encoder cannot operate at a temperature lower than -40°C in order for it to function properly. There is, however, a maximum operating temperature of 85°C for this electronic part. Packages for encoders follow the Bulk format.
