HAL516SF-A Overview
A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to protect the magnetic switch against damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-243AA, Variant packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 4.2mA. When operating, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. A magnetic switch should only output 20mA current. These switches can supply a maximum current of 4.2mA. A magnetic switch can be set to 140°C for its maximum operating temperature. This magnetic switch works best at temperatures above -40°C.
