HAL501SF-A Overview
During packaging, the magnetic switch is protected against damage with the Tape & Reel (TR). A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into TO-243AA, Variant packages. The magnetic switches can supply 4.2mA as the maximum current for good performance. When operating, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. It is recommended that magnetic switches have a maximum output current of 20mA. These switches can supply a maximum current of 4.2mA. The maximum operating temperature for the magnetic switches can be set to 140°C. For this magnetic switch to function, the operating temperature should not be lower than -40°C.
