HAL300SF-A Overview
It is protected against damage by being packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-243AA, Variant packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 6.8mA. When they are working, these switches can output a maximum current of 30mA. If magnetic switches are to be output, the maximum current should be 30mA. This switch is capable of supplying a maximum current of 6.8mA. Magnetic switches can operate at a maximum temperature of 140°C. To function properly, this magnetic switch needs an operating temperature greater than -40°C.
