HAL108JQ-C Overview
Tape & Box (TB) package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages. For good performance, the magnetic switches can supply 5.2mA. When operating, these switches can output a maximum current of 50mA. There is a maximum current limit of 5.2mA that can be supplied by these switches.
