A protective Tape & Reel (TR) is applied to the magnetic switch in order to prevent damage. For safety reasons, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. The magnetic switches can supply a maximum current of 1.8μA for good performance. It is recommended that magnetic switches have a maximum output current of 5mA. Switches work with 3 pins.
