DG442LEDY-T1-GE3 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used for these analog switches. Circuits number 4 make up this analogue multiplexer. A 26Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets.
