The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPST - NC switching circuits. A total of 4 circuits make up this switch device.
