AXUV100AL Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in DIP packages for safety purposes. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 10V voltage per photodiode. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 10V. As a rule of thumb, when photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 40°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -10°C.
