AR0220AT3C00XUEA0-DPBR Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 87-LBGA packages. There should be the dynamic range of 120 dB on the image sensor. The optical format of the image sensor is 1/1.8 inch. Typically, image sensors provide voltages of 1.26V. The minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should, however, be 1.14V. Image sensors should not be exposed to temperatures greater than 105°C. These electronic parts, however, should be heated above -40°C. The maximum current that a sensor can carry is 220mA.
